  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Our standard delivery timeline is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

Delivery times may vary based on logistics availability, festivals, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be visible during checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS or email

  • Courier partner details

You can track the order until delivery.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

L’EXIQUÈE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Courier partner restrictions

If the package returns to us, we may contact you to re-ship. Additional charges may apply in such cases.


6. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please report it within 7 days of delivery.
We offer replacement only, not refunds.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
